USA Girl Scouts Overseas Stuttgart Community
Nestled in southwest Germany along the Neckar River, you'll find Stuttgart, the capital of the Baden-Württemberg state. From here, the Stuttgart Girl Scouts Overseas Committee supports troops for all program age levels, from Daisy Girl Scouts to Ambassador Girl Scouts.
The Girl Scouts of the USA understand that today's families are globally mobile, frequently moving from place to place. In order to help girls continue to enjoy the same traditions, excitement, fun, and adventures in Girl Scouting as their stateside Girl Scout sisters -- and in order to help ease girls' transition to their new home -- GSUSA formed a special division: the USA Girl Scouts Overseas. Remember, though, that Girl Scouts aren't just for girls! Adults -- both women and men -- are welcome to join as troop leaders, committee members, and community resources, depending on the individual's own availability. Can you help run weekly meetings, or are you more interested in helping arrange occasional special events? Maybe you'd like to offer a special one-time multi-session workshop. Your level of involvement is totally up to you.
