Virtual Camp 2020

August 3 - 7 & August 10 - 14

Staying engaged and having fun - even from home!

Virtual Camp Registration has CLOSED

Materials Lists can be found here!

We are so excited to offer a different type of Summer Camp this year - virtual!

Classes will be led by experts and volunteers live via Zoom.

  • Who can participate?  You must be a Registered Girl Scout for the 2019-2020 Girl Scout Year to participate.

  • How much does Virtual Camp cost?  All classes are FREE!!!  Many classes require you to have specific materials to participate, and a list of required materials will be available during sign up. Local Girl Scouts can choose to purchase Materials Packs for many classes from Stuttgart Girl Scouts at cost - details will be on the signup form.

  • Can I sign up for just a portion of camp? You will sign your Girl Scout up for individual classes, based on her interest and availability - no need to commit to an entire week!

  • Does an adult need to be present along with my Girl Scout?  For Daisies and Brownies, a responsible adult will likely need to assist with some of the tasks, and should be in the room at all times. For older girls (Junior / Cadette / Senior / Ambassador), a responsible adult should be nearby and ready to assist if needed.

  • What types of classes will be available?  Check out the list of classes at the bottom of this page!

  • I wasn't a Girl Scout this past school year, can I still join in time to participate in Virtual Camp?  Yes!  If you are interested in joining Girl Scouts for the first time, please visit our homepage to find links to Registration, and be sure to choose the Extended Year Membership option. Also contact our Registrar at StuttgartRegistrar@usagso.org.

  • We are moving to Stuttgart this summer and need to transfer our Girl Scout Registration - how do we do this?  please visit our homepage to find the link to a form to Transfer Registration.  Also contact our Registrar at StuttgartRegistrar@usagso.org.

  • How soon do I have to sign up for classes?  Class sizes are limited, to allow for maximum interaction with the instructor, so don't wait to sign up!

  • Is there a permission slip? Yes! A parent/guardian must sign a permission slip, and all girls must sign an Internet Safety Pledge.  This will be sent to you after you sign up, and must be returned before your Girl Scout's space in the class is confirmed.

  • Will there be a Camp T-Shirt? Yes! You will have the option to purchase a Camp T-Shirt as you sign up for classes.

  • What about a Camp Patch? Yes! Stuttgart Girl Scouts who attend at least 3 classes will receive a FREE Custom Camp Patch!  If you are not a Stuttgart Girl Scout you can purchase the patch as you sign up for classes.  Stuttgart Girl Scouts who are not attending at least 3 classes can also purchase a patch as they sign up for classes.
